The Public Association “Inclusiv EU” is a non-governmental organization dedicated to defending and promoting the rights of persons with disabilities and their families, actively contributing to the creation of a fair and inclusive society in the Republic of Moldova.
What is AO "Inclusive EU"?

We are AO “Inclusiv EU,” a non-governmental organization made up of people with disabilities, parents, professionals, and supporters dedicated to a more inclusive Moldova. We have come together with a common goal: to build a society where diversity is respected and equal access to services, education, and civic participation becomes a reality. We believe that change begins with the voice of each of us—that is why we are actively involved in projects, partnerships, and initiatives that bring dignity and visibility where there has long been silence.
Why do we exist?
Because disability is not a sentence, but a reality that must be respected.
AO “Inclusiv EU” was born out of the belief that every person, regardless of disability, has the right to support, participation, and a dignified life. We aim to combat discrimination, raise awareness, and actively contribute to a society where access to education, work, services, and social life is possible for all. Our existence is a response to the lack of equity and the urgent need for real reforms for social inclusion.
What are we doing specifically?
We act strategically to transform society from the ground up.
We are actively involved in:
- Developing inclusive legislative proposals and public policies
- Developing projects for the social and professional integration of people with disabilities
- Organizing public awareness and information campaigns
- Promoting assistive technologies and accessible social services
- Training and mentoring for persons with disabilities and local initiatives
- Monitoring the implementation of the rights of persons with disabilities in Moldova
- Creating partnerships with public institutions, NGOs, and international donors
